Everyone has their own idea of what is right. But over time, life has a way of revealing that our ways don't lead to the life we've been searching for.
In this series, we explore Jesus' teaching on right living through the Sermon on the Mount.
The Sermon on the Mount is not instruction for people trying to earn God's acceptance. It is a gift given to people who know their need for God's grace.
Through Christ, God forgives sinners, reconciles us to himself, and invites us into life in his kingdom.
Looking at the beginning of the Sermon on the Mount, we see that Jesus doesn't start with rules—he starts with a picture. A picture of a life that is blessed.
This message sets the foundation for the series and invites us to consider:
Are we willing to receive the life Jesus offers and follow him in the way of his kingdom?
